No haggling or game playing, just a solid good-faith offer that I was glad to agree to and accept.. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent craftsmanship and genuine, honest service. Beyond that, the store itself is wonderful — with a wide selection of high-quality items and, above all, people of integrity. My deepest gratitude to this store owner for their incredible customer service. I came with a very difficult request — to repair a complex silver piece, and it had to be done urgently. The work was completed with outstanding quality, and the owner even stayed after hours to make sure everything was finished perfectly. This level of dedication, honesty, and professionalism truly earns my respect and admiration.

Absolutely artists! More beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I will recommend to anyone. JewelSmiths was Great & prices are feasible! We purchased our wedding rings at JewelSmiths recently... I used my sentimental rings/diamonds and had them custom design my ring. They used the design idea that I provided and created an absolutely stunning wedding ring for us. I can't imagine it being more perfect.

Best jewelry repair and beautiful items for sale as well. I've done business with the Gordon family for 45 years and they always take great care of their customers. The work they did in rebuilding the broken band on my grandmother's (mine) wedding set was outstanding. I've worn them for 31 years, my grandma wore them for 40+ before that. I would highly recommend them for your jewelry purchases and repairs.

I recently visited Jewel Smiths to have my wedding ring resized, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. I hadn’t stepped into a jeweler’s store in over 40 years, but Arthur Gordon and the entire team made me feel like a longtime regular the moment I walked in. The shop itself is charming, and everyone was genuinely pleasant. Arthur gave me such personal attention, treating my cherished ring with real care. He had me try on the slightly enlarged ring several times to make sure the fit was exactly right—down to whether I preferred it just a hair larger.
